Where Does the Day Go?

It seems like just yesterday I was arriving home after the recent storm and now I'm gone again.I'm gone back to work away from those I love and miss! Time is so precious especially to those who have very little of it! I wish my life would/could just slow down sometimes and I could savour every single minute. It seems the older I get that there just isn't enough hours in the day and days in the week.

I'm not much of a blogger. I do better by letting my pictures speak for me!:)

Hurricane Ike

We just came through a really bad storm a week ago. Gustav! It looks like we dodged the bullet on this newest monster!

Hurricane Ike will be making landfall soon on the coast of Texas! Please keep all those people in your prayers. This is a picture I digitally painted of the storm earlier today after watching the news!

The Clone Wars

My Wife took me to see the new Star Wars movie last week-The Clone Wars with my son! I loved the movie but more I loved spending time with my family. It was not exactly the Star Wars movie I was expecting but it was great and hope to Tivo some of the coming episodes from Cartoon Network!If you don't know it by now I'm a huge fan of Star Wars. I really love the original trilogy.
